Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods Yos3D does not offer refunds on products bought from our store.

We strive to provide the best customer support and that is reflected in our Discord channel. So you can always contact us to fix any issue that might occur with the asset you bought, whatever it may be.

If we can’t fix the issue (which never happened) we will refund you the full amount of your purchase or you can use that amount to purchase other assets.

🎮 What You CAN Do:

Use our assets in games, movies, commercials, and any cretive projects

Sell your finished creations (games, videos etc)

Modify the assets completely to suit your needs

Share with teammates working with you on the same project

❌ What You CANNOT Do:

Resell our assets on other marketplaces even after you modify them

Share with people who are NOT working with you on the same project

Use assets to train AI models

Upon refund, you must stop using the asset completely
